DAY 7 | CONTINUATION FROM GORILLA TREKS Depart Kigali via Kenyan Airlines flight #473 at 9:00am and arrive in Nairobi at 11:20am. Met and transferred to the Hilton Hotel for Day Room registration. A visit to Karen Blixen Museum in the village of Karen. While in Karen you will have the Opportunity for an unusual shopping experience and lunch. Late afternoon return to the Hotel. Evening dinner at the famous Camivore Restaurant. Meals: B, L, and D. | | | DAY 8 | Morning flight from Wilson Airport in Nairobi to Samburu. This remote wildlife region in the northern desert oasis is one of the highlights to a Kenyan safari. Afternoon game drive. Meals: B, L, and D at Larsens Camp, Samburu. | | | DAY 9 | Morning and afternoon game drives. Also available will be a visit to a Samburu village and the traditional dances performed at the lodge on a daily basis. Meals: B, L, and D. | | | DAY 10 | Morning flight from Samburu to Keekorok Lodge locate a in the famous Masai Mara. This is "Wildlife Kingdom" at its finest. The migration is just getting under way as the thousands of wildebeests and zebras will be making their trek from the Serengeti plains. Afternoon game drive. Meals: B, L, and D. | | | DAY11 | Morning and afternoon game drives in different areas of the Masai Mara each day. Meals: B, L, and D. | | | DAY 12 | Full day of safari activities like the previous day. Meals: B, L, and D. | | | DAY 13 | Morning game drive followed by breakfast. Flight departs the Mara around noon returning to Nairobi. Met and transferred to Hilton Hotel (Day Room Usage) for an afternoon of leisure and perhaps shopping. Afterwards transfer to Airport to connect with homeward flight. |
